PAYMENT TERMS

Currently, ProsperiumFX provides for payment via PayPal only, but we are working to expand the payment options in the future.The system does not guarantee to send out automated reminder notices when a subscription is coming up for renewal. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to keep an accurate record of when a subscription reoccurs.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE AND REFUNDS

Unless specifically stated on the product web page, there is NO Money Back Guarantee or refund available. Products and services are purchased on a pre-paid, non-refundable basis.

DISTRIBUTION OF EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS, SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES, VIDEO CONTENT

No software, educational products, subscription services, pdf’s and video content – made available either as paid-for products\services or complimentary products\services – from the ProsperiumFX website (or any of its associated websites) may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including copying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written consent/permission. Any unauthorized distribution, copying or syndication will be viewed as an infringement of copyright, and will thus be treated as a criminal act and reported as such to the relevant authorities.
